My stay had some ups and downs. While I was warmly welcomed and felt taken care of by staff like Hannah, the overall cleanliness and safety of the hotel were concerning. The air conditioning worked well when it was maintained, but the smoke smell was hard to ignore. Overall, I appreciated the convenient location near attractions like Carowinds, but some serious improvements are needed.
